Inlight of rising concern due to recent coronavirus cases in India realme has call off the Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro on-ground launch event, which was supposed to be held on 5th March in Delhi .
At the same time Realme made an announcements that the event will be hosted online now at the scheduled venue. The event will be streamed online via Realme official social media handles and YouTube . Xiaomi India has also announced that they will launch their next Redmi Note series online on 12th March.

Earlier GSMA was cancelled world’s biggest Mobile event MWC (Mobile World Congress) which was supposed to be held between 24-27 February.

realme started selling the launch event tickets from 28th February at Rs. 599 and promised that it will provide some goodies worth Rs. 2500 and complimentary snacks at event venue, But now as the offline event has been cancelled and no fan will be allowed to enter the event hall, realme India CEO Madhav Sheth announced that they will provide full refund for the tickets and as a special gesture they will be also giving a free realme Band for all those who had purchased the event tickets.
