Realme 2 Pro Receiving New Updat, Brings in Airtel and Jio VoWiFi support and March Security Patch

Good news for The Realme 2 Pro users, the device is getting a new software update which brings in the support of VoWiFi for Airtel and Jio along with March 2020 Google security patch and swipe gestures from both sides. Realme 2 Pro was launched in 2018 as the successor of Realme 2 in India and has received many firmware updates since then, But the device has not received the Android 10 and Realme UI but as per the schedule released by Realme, The device is expected to get Android 10 based realme UI update in mid June 2020.

The update comes with version number RMX1801EX_11_C.27 and it is 660 MB in size. The changelog reveals that the update comes in with VoWiFi for Airtel and Jio, March Security Patch and swipe gestures from both sides. The previous Realme 2 Pro update RMX1801EX_11_C.26, which was released in January this year also brought couple of features like flash on call, toggle for turning on dark mode in the notification panel and the January 2020 Google security patch.

The update rollout for Realme 2 Pro has not been yet announced officially but you can check if the update is available for your unit by going to Settings > Software Update menu

Please Note that the update for Realme 2 Pro has just started rolling out and it is in pahase rollout and will reach to everyone in coming days.
