After so many rumours regarding the specifications of Honor 30s Honor the Huawei Sub brand has took wrapf off and launched Honor 30s officially in china. The device is a premium mid-range smartphone with decent specifications and it is the first phone to ship with HiSilicon’s 7nm Kirin 820 5G chipset. The processor comes with a built-in 5G modem supporting both SA and NSA networks. and offers 5G connectivity.
Specifications of the Honor 30s
Talking about the other specifications of the Honor 30S, the device comes with a 6.5″ FHD+ IPS display with a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner which includes 16MP selfie camera.
The Honor 30s features a capacitive Side Mounted fingerprint sensor on the right the device comes with a premium glass and aluminium design.
Talking about the camera the device comes in with Quad Camera Setup at the back which includes a primary sensor of 64MP , an 8MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical and up to 20x hybrid zoom, an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP depth shooter.
Honor 30s has been fuelled with 4000mAh battery with 40W wired fast-charging technology support and according to Honor the device can be charged upto 70% in just 30 minutes.
If We talk about the software, the Honor 30S runs on latest Android 10 with the Magic UI 3.1.1 skin. Sadly the does not come with Google Mobile Services instead of that the Honor 3s comes in with HMS ( Huawei Mobile Services)
Price and Storage Variants
The Honor 30S comes in two storage variants, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB and comes in three color variants- Black , Green and Blue. The device will be available for pre-orders from March 30 and will be going on sale in China starting April 7. The 8GB/128GB variant has been priced at 2,399 Yuan ($340 / Rs. 25,470 ) and while the 8/256GB version is priced at 2,699 yuan ($380 / Rs. 28,655). Honor has not announced anything about the Phone’s availability outside China.
